The Beauty in the Details: Bird’s eye view of the Best Made Hudson Bay bit  One of the drawbacks of selling products online is that so many of the details and nuances of a beautiful object are lost to the computer screen. Nothing beats being able to walk into a store, pick up an axe, hold it in your hands and feel the heft, the balance, and maybe even run the blade over the back of your hand to see for yourself how sharp it really is… Well, here’s your chance to do just that. From December 12-17th we will be taking over an entire yurt (yes a yurt!) in the Warby Parker Holiday Spectacle Bazaar. There you will be welcome to handle all the Best Made goods to your heart’s content. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to sample some fine whiskey and take part in a series of Best Made events; including: foraged cocktails, axe restoration demonstrations, and island building workshops. And of course, the Best Made staff will be on hand for questions and conversation! A permanent Best Made Co. brick & mortar retail space is not that hard to imagine becoming a real thing soon enough. In the meantime we encourage customers to visit our workshop in lower Manhattan (just drop us a line and let us know when you’d like to stop by) and our outpost in St. Paul MN.
